A. Philo is facing left because the decals for each side are similar, but slightly different with the lightning bolt always pointing toward the back of the helmet. I only have access to the decal with the bolt going through the rounded portion of the "P".
*Sheridan, New Lexington, and Crooksville are in the Southeast District.
All others are in the East District.
